Types of Solar Power Systems:

ON GRID – A conventional system that generates energy for onsite use, with excess energy fed back into the ESO grid. This system DOES NOT OPERATE if the ESO grid power supply is interrupted.

OFF GRID – A system equipped with batteries (storage units). This system does not require a stable power supply from ESO and OPERATES even if the ESO grid power is interrupted.

HYBRID – A solar power system that generates energy for the user, stores excess energy in batteries, and can feed surplus energy* back into the ESO grid. This system can operate without stable grid power and CAN OPERATE if the ESO power supply is interrupted.
